Development
We facilitate the development of our members to maximize their officiating potential and provide experience opportunities to help all members reach their officiating goals.
Training
We provide opportunities for members to master the rules, and master the mechanics necessary to enforce the rules, so that they exercise authority in an impartial, firm, and controlled manner.
Ambassadorship
We create alliances with schools, coaches, and the wrestling community to further the development of our athletes and the sport.
Recruitment
We advocate the recruitment and advancement of new officials, by instilling confidence, and by preparing new officials to adjudicate at their best possible level, building their potential constantly.
